The 1SKB-R5011W Roto-Molded Tripod Shipping Case provides ideal protection for transporting professional tripods and other hardware.
Roto molded of rugged Linear Low Density Polyethylene, this case is designed with internal foam in the base and lid to keep equipment secure and protected. The case has internal dimension of 50" tall with a diameter of 11", and features a removable top for easy accessibility, a sturdy, high-tension slide release buckle with heavy-duty web straps for easy closure, room on both sides to adhere shipping labels, two molded-in ergonomic carrying handles and in-line skate style wheels. This case comes with SKB‘s Unconditional Lifetime Warranty.
Rotational molding is a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse.
