Our Shipping Policy

Shipping times and delivery dates are dependent on stock at time of order and ship-to locations. Most orders placed with Specialty Cases arrive within one week. Entirely custom-built cases and those with custom foam inserts typically take about 2-3 weeks to ship.

Please let us know if you need your cases by a specific date, we will do everything we can to expedite the delivery. As soon as the product ships an email is sent to you from UPS with the tracking information. We will also forward that tracking# in the body of the invoice or sales receipt for your records. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and help you to expedite the shipping of it.

Shipping service types include UPS and Fedex Ground shipments, Overnight s, 2nd day air and 3rd day select options are available. Some items that are too large dimensionally to ship ground service, and large volume orders ship via LTL Carriers, and UPS and Fedex Freight. Shipping costs depend solely on the size of the case and the location it is shipping to.

Handling time for an order is typically between 24-48 hours. Shipping and transit is dependent on the ship from and ship to locations, but is generally about 1 week for in stock products.

Restrictions: We don’t deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or international locations, outside of Canada.

Right to Reject Orders or Cancel Sales. All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by Specialty Cases, which reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
