28 inch Heavy Duty Shockrack systems include a revolutionary new patented Adjustable Rail Conversion System. The ARCS technology allows the user to adjust the rack width up to 0.5 inches on each side and optional easy-mount adapter rails will convert the equipment mounting standard from 3/16 in. threaded to 7/32 in. through holes or square cage nut windows. Accommodates Dell and Compaq servers utilizing "Versa-rail" or "Rapid-rail" pull-out systems.
Standard features include: (patent pending) compound hinged doors, black powder coated stainless steel latches, removable 4 in. casters. The inner rack chassis is built of high strength / lightweight aluminum alloy and 11 gauge hot rolled carbon steel rack rails to DIA-310 standards. Shock and vibration mitigation is accomplished with eight (8) elastomeric isolators rated for a payload range of 40 lbs. to 150 lbs. in a standard configuration and up to 300 pounds in a special order extended payload configuration allowing adequate sway space for ambient air circulation and heat dissipation with black powder coated stainless steel latches, gasketed doors and pressure relief valve.
The 28 in. Deep Roto Shock Rack by SKB is an ATA rated roto-molded shock and water resistant rack with wheels. It‘s front and rear rails are compatible with any 19‘ rack-mountable gear but has been especially designed for deep rack-mounted components such as Dell and Compaq servers. | Transporting and Shipping Options |  Oversized Package refers to a case that is considered oversized by UPS and FedEx if the case has a length (longest side) exceeding 96 in. or has an overall size that exceeds 130 in. The formula used to determine the overall size is Length + Width x 2 + Height x 2. There is a shipping surcharge for oversized packages that will raise the price over the standard rate. A minimum weight of 90 lbs. would apply to the charge. Always check the carrier’s oversized package policy for exact limits. Oversized Checked Baggage refers to cases that can be checked on the airlines but could incur oversize fees. Typically oversize fees can be applied to cases between 50-100 lbs and between 63-126 inches overall. Overall dimensions of the case are determined by adding the length, width and height together. Always check your airline’s specific policy, as size and weight limits can vary by carrier and route. |

SKB CASES LIFETIME WARRANTY
SKB brand hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Electronic components in SKB brand hardshell pedalboard systems are warranted for five years from date of purchase. Soft cases and gig bags are warranted for one year from date of purchase. SKB is not responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. However, SKB will cover all of the costs of repairs and/or replacements, as well as the return shipping. SKB hardshell cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases used rental purposes, used by institutions or schools, modified or used cases are not covered by this warranty. SKB SOFT PRODUCT WARRANTY
SKB Soft Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from purchase. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault, are not covered on Soft Products. Freight cost to SKB Corporation is the responsibility of the customer. SKB will pay the return freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.
