A Lifetime Warranty refers to a guarantee that the case is fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. If your case breaks, we will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Some conditions apply, please see individual manufacturer’s warranties.

RoboRack Half Rack Cases from Gemstar offer MIL-STD durability and airtight protection for the most sensitive electronic components. Part of the Stronghold line, this casec features rotationally-molded double walls and thick corners for rugged, versatile, and dependable protection.
The SR1212-5U18 5U RoboRack Half-Rack case is manufactured with GSR (LLDPE) high-performance resin, heavy-duty latches, rubberized spring-loaded handles, and recessed hardware. They offer stacking compatibility, fully removable lids that hang on the sides, and have a payload of 20 to 150 lbs.

Cases must weigh less than 150 lbs. and meet certain dimensional requirements. Always check the carrier’s small package policy for exact limits. Checked Baggage refers to cases that can be checked in on the airlines that are under 50 lbs. and 62 in. overall or less and would be considered standard size bags that would not incur an oversize fee. Gemstar® offers the highest quality and lifetime guarantee for our cases. No matter the environment or application, we stand behind all of our case products. We are able to offer this warranty because we work with premium materials, use the best process for your application, and help you through design in order to manufacture a quality case solution.
Please note that our guarantee applies to defective material only, as described in our warranty statement. Foam interiors are considered a wear item and excluded from any warranty beyond defects in material or design. If your case breaks or is defective, Gemstar® Protective Hard Cases will provide replacement parts, repair or replace the case. This warranty extends only to the case itself, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Replacement is limited to the product produced by Gemstar® Protective Hard Cases only. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear. Additionally, this warranty is void if the case has been altered or physically changed in any way.
Gemstar® Protective Hard Cases and its selling partners are not liable for any injury, loss or damage as a result of using or the inability to use the cases. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and as such assumes all risk and liability in connection with said use.
