Cases must weigh less than 150 lbs. and meet certain dimensional requirements. Always check the carrier’s small package policy for exact limits. Checked Baggage refers to cases that can be checked in on the airlines that are under 50 lbs. and 62 in. overall or less and would be considered standard size bags that would not incur an oversize fee. The case is guaranteed to be watertight when properly closed with an undamaged O-ring in place. Any liability, either expressed or implied, is limited to replacement of the case and not its contents. This guarantee is void if the Seahorse Case has seen excessive abuse or blatant neglect beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.
