Happy New Year! We made it! Last year was one many won’t forget. Everyone faced challenges in some way, shape or form and no two stories are alike. As I look back, I feel it was also a year for getting back to basics…strengthening relationships with family and friends, trying new things, pursuing old hobbies, finding creative ways to bring some normalcy back into our lives. We also faced new things such as social distancing while trying to remain social or working from home when you have an office job. Prior to last year, making those statements wouldn’t have made sense but, now? Everyone understands. And, in turn we’ve adapted, overcome and are more resilient because of it. Let’s say goodbye to 2020, take the lessons we’ve learned and make the most of 2021.

As promised, we have lots of exciting new things to announce this year. This newsletter will touch on a few but, there is much more to come.

Our first new product line is Bel-Air Cases. Bel-Air has a complete line of cases that is complementary to our existing cases. The cases come in a number of sizes and limitless options so, finding the right case won’t be a concern. The line includes both medium and heavy-duty carrying cases as well as shipping and Expo cases.
BEL-AIR CARRYING CASES Bel-Air Medium-Duty Carring Cases are professional quality, briefcase style cases with molded in ribs for strength and elegance. They are perfect for medical equipment, test or diagnostic equipment and electronics. Bel-Air Heavy-Duty Carrying Cases are the perfect combination of Medium-Duty carrying cases and Shipping Cases. The Medium-Duty tooling is used so, they have a briefcase look and feel while using Heavy-Duty plastic and hardware. The end result, is a durable case without the bulk of a standard shipping case.
	BEL-AIR SHIPPING CASES Bel-Air Shipping Cases are formed with corner bumpers and stacking lugs that offer additional protection by ensuring the toughest part of the case absorbs the impact. Bel-Air Shipping Cases are manufactured with heavy duty hardware and a heavy-duty valance which provides better impact resistance.
BEL-AIR EXPO CASES Bel-Air Expo Cases are thinner and wider than the standard cases and are perfect for graphics, art and trade show displays. Unlike the Carrying and Shipping Cases, the overlapping lid provides flexibility with the case heights.
	SKB 3i-1515-6 CASE The SKB 3i-1515-6 is a new addition to our SKB line. It has the same features as the rest of the series- waterproof, molded-in hinge, pad lockable, trigger release latches, over molded handle and PRV as well as being resistant to corrosion, UV, solvents and fungus. It’s small and portable, a great fit for small gear.

To start off the year, we decided to extend our free shipping offer through the end of January! Shipping can be expensive so, if you have your eye on a case, now is the time to act! Speaking of free shipping, don’t forget our Clearance section, we are still offering free shipping on clearance items as well.
On another note, I would like to mention our friends over at Parker Plastics. As many of you know, the owners have chosen to close their doors and pursue retirement. They have been a vendor of ours for many years and will be missed. We would like to wish you all the best in this new chapter in life! We have good news for our customers using Parker cases, the tools have been purchased and the line should be up and running early this year. I will keep you updated as I know more.

As I mentioned earlier, our current focus is new products. Bel-Air is the first of several lines we are adding to our family of cases. Our team is working diligently trying to get the cases up on our site. If you have an immediate need, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The cases are still available for purchase even if they aren’t on our site. Speaking of our site, the following additions are on the way: Laptop Configurator With laptop sizes varying more and more, we know “one size fits all” is no longer applicable. So, our team has created a tool to assist in choosing the right case to fit your needs. All you have to do is plug in your laptop information and the Laptop Configurator will advise all the cases that fit your laptop. As you know our laptop cases already have a quick turnaround. The Laptop Configurator will make the process that much easier. ATA Case Designer Also in the works is an ATA Case Designer which will help you build an ATA case that fits your needs. With so many cases on the market, we know finding the right case can be daunting. We’re doing everything we can to help make the decision process more efficient and expedient for you. The ATA Case Designer will ask for pertinent information and a price will be available quickly, taking all the guess work out of the process. There are more things in the works but, there’s time for that in the next newsletter so, stay tuned for what’s next…
