Tough injection-molded wheeled case is designed with rigid reinforced walls to give maximum protection for even the most sensitive equipment. The extendable handle and 2 in. wheels make maneuvering with heavy loads easy. The case features three metal spring-loaded handles and stainless steel twist-lock latches. A waterproof, dustproof O-ring seal protects valuable contents including instrumentation, sales presentation packages, test equipment, photographic equipment, and other delicate items.
The UWK 1127 Transport Case is available as a LoadOut Case or a Transit Case. The 1127 Loadout Cases are made from automobile grade, micro-cellular foamed, reinforced polypropylene resin. This results in a case that is lighter in weight and more chemically resistant. The design of the Loadout Case, based on this polypropylene resin blend, brings up to a 20 percent reduction in weight from the 1127 Transit Cases add a significant increase in impact resistance over its competitors. Loadout Cases are made with more cost effective neoprene o-rings. Both materials are tough, impact resistant and offer water, dust, and corrosion proof protection. 1127 Transit Case - ABS, short for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is a durable and rigid plastic that withstands freezing temperatures better than PP. ABS can be solvent-welded, so modification/customization options are almost limitless. It is also field repairable, making ABS perfect for expeditionary or military use. Unlike our competitors, we add a UV inhibitor to the raw material, so all of the ABS cases are UV resistant. 1127 LoadOut Case - Polypropylene (PP) is automotive grade with microcellular foam for weight reduction and solid additives for shape stability. PP cases are 20% lighter and more impact resistant than ABS. PP has very high chemical resistance, so it can be used to store corrosive materials. However, it cannot be glued or solvent-welded back together (i.e., field repaired) if damaged. Accessories such as panel rings must be screwed to the case, not glued. This limits customization. PP performs better than ABS when hot, but cracks more easily when cold.

Pick N Pluck Foam
UWK1127F – Layers of shock-absorbent, pre cubed foam for the bottom and convoluted foam for the lid. The pre-cubed foam allows the user to tailor the insert to their own individual requirement. The item is placed on the foam, outlined with chalk, and then the cubes around the item are removed to form a secure, protective cocoon. The convoluted foam in the lid helps to firmly keep the stored equipment when the case is closed. (Cubed Foam is also known as Pick N Pluck Foam or Diced Foam)

Underwater Kinetics products are engineered for maximum performance and durability. All products carry Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser to be free from defective material and workmanship under normal and intended use. These warranties do not apply to normal wear experienced in the proper use of the product, component or part; to asserted defects caused by modification, misuse or abuse, or improper maintenance of the products, component or part; to asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments as to performance of the products, component or part; or to circumstances involving accidental damage to the products, component or part.
In the event the original retail purchaser detects a defect in the material or workmanship, the product along with proof of purchase date should be returned to an authorized Underwater Kinetics dealer or directly to Underwater Kinetics with the postage prepaid. Underwater Kinetics agrees to repair or replace at Underwater Kinetics' sole discretion any product found to be defective in material or workmanship.
The obligation under these Limited Warranties is restricted to repair or replacement of the product, component or part which has been confirmed by Underwater Kinetics to be defective under the Terms and Conditions stated. In no event shall Underwater Kinetics be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature or kind including damages to contents, or for damages to persons or property.
