Specialty Cases accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, EFT, ACH, and most government purchasing cards.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Are your cases waterproof or weather resistant?
Most of our hard cases are waterproof and dustproof, meeting IP67 or MIL-SPEC standards.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST.
Do you share my information with third parties?
No. Specialty Cases does not sell, rent, or share your personal or order information with outside organizations.

Do you offer discounts for large or repeat orders?
Yes. We offer quantity, reseller, and nonprofit discounts whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Specialty Cases currently ships within the United States and Canada only.
Are shipping costs refundable on returns?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
